1. Our After-Sales Commitment

JZD AutoParts stands behind the quality of every product we sell, with reliable after-sales support long after your purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery:

• Brake pads, brake discs and brake components: 12 months or 30,000 km (whichever comes first)
• Spark plugs and ignition components: 12 months
• Filters (air, oil, fuel, cabin): 6 months
• Wiper blades and rubber components: 3 months
• CNC machined and custom metal parts: 6 months against material or workmanship defects
• All other products: 6 months unless otherwise specified

3. Warranty Claim Process

Contact us at sales@jzdautoparts.com or WhatsApp +86-150-1311-1197 within the warranty period with your order number, product details and clear photos or videos of the defect. Our technical team reviews claims within 2–3 business days and arranges replacement, repair or credit at our discretion.
